Beachside Elegance: Yes Coffee’s Love Affair with the Café Racer in Flagler Beach

Rachel and Mike, the duo behind Yes Coffee in Flagler Beach, Florida, have not only built a thriving coffee business but also created an inviting space that mirrors their love for art and design. At the center of it all? Their Sanremo Café Racer White & Wood.

When asked what they love most about their Café Racer, Rachel and Mike don’t hesitate: “It looks like a piece of art and goes with our personal style of minimalist, modern, and organic. We designed our whole shop around the look and feel of the Racer. We get so many compliments on the elegance of the Sanremo Racer.”

Beyond its aesthetics, the Café Racer has had a tangible impact on their workflow and offerings. “The auto volumetric function has helped everyone be more consistent with their shots and frees us up time to move a bit faster, creating unique coffee creations,” they explain. Efficiency is key in their bustling café, and the Café Racer’s technology allows their team to keep up while maintaining quality.

Rachel – Yes Coffee

Yes Coffee’s menu is centered around a signature Ethiopian light roast that serves as the base for their inventive coffee creations. “To start, we only use a light roast, natural, Ethiopian bean. That is the starting point to all our coffee creations. Then we add our creativity and let the magic happen,” Rachel and Mike share. Their focus on pairing espresso with house-made syrups has become a hallmark of their café. “We specialize in pairing our espresso with our house-made syrups that highlight the coffee and aren’t too sweet. Using seasonally inspired syrups to make stunning specials, while also rocking the classics.”

Their attention to both flavor and presentation aligns perfectly with the aesthetic of the Café Racer. “We pride ourselves in making drinks that not only taste beautiful but look visually spectacular as well, which is perfect for the visually pleasing Sanremo Racer.”
